We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 Handmade Holiday Market! This year, we received an overwhelming number of applications, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible lineup we have in store for you!
You’ll find answers to most of your questions on this page. Gentle reminder: please read through all the details before sending us an email, and give us a few days to get back to you. As fellow makers/parents/humans, your understanding means the world to us!

DATE & TIME: Saturday November 15th, 10AM - 4PM
Sunday November 16th, 10AM - 4PM**NEW LOCATION: Collège Boréal, 21 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury ON.
LOAD IN/SET UP TIMES:
SATURDAY MAKERS
- November 14th: 6:00 - 8:00PM
- November 15th: 8:00 - 9:30AM*
SUNDAY MAKERS
- November 15th: 5:00 - 7:00PM
- November 16th: 8:00 - 9:30AM*
* Doors are at 10AM, but please no loading in after 9:30AM.ABSOLUTELY NO DISMANTLING OF TABLES BEFORE 4PM

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, we cannot guarantee a refund. If you are unable to make it to the show, please let us know - if it is possible to fill your spot, we'll refund your payment. No refunds if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event.

MAKER SPACES
SPACE: all spaces are approximate.
- Approx: 7 feet wide by 5 feet deepA map will be uploaded to this page once it is ready.
NO TABLES OR CHAIRS will be provided.
WIFI information will be made available before/during the event.

As parents ourselves, we do understand if you need to bring your children during set up and tear down. However, children must be supervised at all times to avoid serious injury and other issues.
Everything must fit within your space due to fire code and to respect your neighbours.
PARKING:
Please try to reserve the closest parking for our fabulous supporters. They should have as easy access to the market as possible. There’s a ton of parking right at the doors!Here is a link for you to check out some photos of our new venue space.
FOOD VENDORS
If you are selling food (packaged or fresh) you will need a permit from the Sudbury Health Unit. It’s FREE, you just need to fill out the form and submit it to them ASAP. Find it HERE.
HANDMADE HAUL & SWAG BAGS
HANDMADE HAUL INFO: The “Handmade Haul” is our version of the door prize.
To enter folks must support 3 makers to enter the door prize (we hand out little cards to shoppers as they arrive).
*****We hope to collect one awesome item from each maker for the Handmade Haul.
SWAG BAG INFO - BOTH DAYSSwag bags are incredibly popular, so we really encourage participation to help get folks jazzed for the market!
Bags will feature MN merch plus handmade items from our makers.
We would be incredibly grateful for 2-3 small items, 1 regular item or really, whatever you would like to add.
We’re going to market the heck out of this, so any help is very appreciated! If you tag us online when posting about your swag we will share it!
*****Bring items with you when you come to set up. We will collect them or you can drop them off to YELLOW HOUSE STUDIO (Tracy) when you arrive.
LUNCH OPTION
Saint Oliver’s has once again offered to take preorders for their fabulous charcuterie and harvest bowls for both days of the market. Please be sure to include your name and business name in your order.
