Welcome to the 2026 Spring Handmade Market. We’re SO EXCITED for our first TWO DAY Spring market in our gorgeous venue, College Boreal.
You’ll find answers to most of your questions on this page. Gentle reminder: please read through all the details before sending us an email, and give us a few days to get back to you. As fellow makers/parents/humans, your understanding means the world to us!
A few changes to this year’s event:
TWO DAY option (yay!)
NO handmade haul: we will be putting together a door prize with MNC merch & other goodies.
NO swag bags: Don’t worry our marketing will still bring in the crowds!
We will be taking a group photo April 25th: time & location TBA!

FRIDAY PM: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Kindly, do not come early.
SATURDAY AM: 8:00 - 10:00AM
SUNDAY: 8:00 - 10:00AM
Doors at 10AM: no loading in after 9:30AM.
ABSOLUTELY NO DISMANTLING OF TABLES BEFORE 4PM

PARKING
After you load in, you are required to move your vehicle to the designated parking on the map. Map linked below.

DISPLAY

👉🏼 Makers are responsible for supplying all materials needed for their setup and display.
👉🏼 Seating must be market-appropriate; camping chairs are not permitted
👉🏼 Tablecloths must reach the floor
👉🏼 Your business name must be clearly visible at all times
👉🏼 A backdrop is strongly recommended
👉🏼 A maximum of two people are permitted to operate your booth
👉🏼 If you have any accessibility needs please email us in advance. We’re more than happy to accommodate you. All are welcome at our events!

Insurance is required.

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
A maker may cancel (withdraw) their application at any point before the application date closes.
Upon acceptance and payment, the maker fees are non-refundable.
Should a maker cancel after being accepted (and payment has been made) or fail to show on the event date, Makers North Collective reserves the right to:
A) Retain all payments (upon acceptance the maker fee is non-refundable) and/or
B) Re-rent the maker space.
C) If the maker cancels their participation within 45 days with written notice, and if Makers North Collective is able to re-rent the maker space with an appropriate maker from the wait list, a partial refund of 70% of the fee paid will be offered. D) Cancellations within three weeks of the event are not guaranteed a refund, though extenuating circumstances will be considered.
We appreciate your understanding, as significant time and effort goes into curating a balanced and thoughtful event.
FOOD VENDORS
Food vendor permit from the Sudbury Health Unit is mandatory if you are selling food (packaged or fresh).
It’s FREE, you just need to fill out the form and submit it to them ASAP.
No permit = no participation.
LEGAL DETAILS
Makers must be present for the full duration of the event and are responsible for the security of their booth.
By participating and making payment, makers consent to the use of their business name and event photos in MNC promotional materials.
The venue and show organizers will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the maker.
