REQUIREMENTS
Makers must be present for the full duration of the event and are responsible for their booth's security.
Participation includes consent to use your business name and event photos in MNC promotional materials.
SPACE & DISPLAY
Makers are responsible for supplying all materials needed for their setup and display. Please note the following requirements:
Seating must be market-appropriate; camping chairs are not permitted
Tablecloths must reach the floor
Your business name must be clearly visible at all times
A backdrop is strongly recommended
A maximum of two people are permitted to operate your booth
LEGAL DETAILS
Makers must be present for the full duration of the event and are responsible for the security of their booth.
By participating and making payment, makers consent to the use of their business name and event photos in MNC promotional materials.
The venue and show organizers will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the maker.
CANCELLATIONS
If the maker cancels their participation within 45-days of the event with written notice, and if the MNC team is able to re-rent your space, a refund, minus a $50 administration fee may be issued upon MNC team discretion.
Cancellations within 44 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, though extenuating circumstances will be considered.
